Design
Futuristic Clarity. Relay isn't just a tool; it's an AI engine. The challenge was to take complex backend logic (inventory syncing, geo-algorithms, and AI responses) and present it as a simple, sleek solution for car dealers. We adopted a modern, dark-themed aesthetic (SaaS standard) with high-contrast neon accents to signal "technology" and "speed." The UI utilizes clean typography and ample whitespace to prevent information overload, ensuring that the primary value proposition—"Turn Facebook into your top sales channel"—lands immediately.
Performance
• Fast Loading Speed: We achieved a 95+ Performance Score on mobile and desktop by optimizing asset delivery and utilizing Webflow’s advanced caching.
• Optimized Code: Clean and efficient coding practices are employed to reduce unnecessary elements.
• Scalability:Our performance-focused design ensures your website can handle increased traffic.
Responsiveness
With many car salesmen viewing the site on mobile while on the lot, we ensured the layout adapts flawlessly to all screen sizes. The complex feature grids and pricing tables stack perfectly on mobile without breaking the user experience.
The Problem - Complexity vs. Conversion.
Relay offers a sophisticated technical solution involving "Virtual Machines," "GPT-5 Logic," and "Inventory Feeds." The problem was that their target audience (dealership GMs and sales reps) aren't necessarily tech-savvy. They care about selling cars, not algorithms. A generic corporate website would have confused them. Relay needed a digital face that translated "high-tech code" into "money in the bank" without burying the user in jargon.
Conversion & UX
To differentiate Relay from generic competitors, it was vital to build a high-trust digital environment. We focused on addressing specific dealer pain points—like getting flagged by Meta or wasting time on unqualified leads—and structured the site to visually demonstrate the "set it and forget it" workflow. The design needed to turn skeptical visitors into booked demos through a seamless, persuasive user journey.
Solution - Communication and Deployment
A Seamless Launch. We worked closely with the Relay founders to understand the intricate USPs of their software versus competitors like Shiftly or AutoLister.
Strategy: We restructured their content to follow a "Problem (Manual Work) → Agitation (Lost Sales) → Solution (Relay Automation)" narrative.
Deployment: The site was built and deployed on Webflow for scalability. We integrated Typeform for seamless demo bookings and set up CMS collections for their "Features" and "Testimonials," allowing the Relay team to update their site easily without touching a line of code.
Communication
Clear communication and efficient deployment are essential to the success of any project. We maintain open lines of communication throughout the entire process, ensuring your goals and expectations are met. Our team actively listens and collaborates with you to refine details and offer guidance. When it’s time to deploy, we ensure a smooth transition, handling all technical aspects to guarantee a flawless launch.
